“I visited a friend at Bethesda, and I liked the fact that everybody has their own single room and that the staff is very friendly. They have really good food here. It’s very clean, and the price is reasonable. They could use a little more activities as it seems like most of the residents don’t want to participate in what they have. The staff is very friendly; one of them had to go to the pharmacy to get her prescriptions because the one who sent the prescriptions over didn’t send the right prescription so this man went out of his way to go and get them to make sure she had them.”

I have been very impressed with the CNA’s and aides in that unit ever since my mom settled into that environment in December, 2015. I appreciate the happy faces, positive remarks, caring pets, cleanliness or residents and of the facility, and patience shown to my mom and the other residents. I also appreciate the workers feeding the residents who are unable to feed themselves.
